High Point Pool Swim Team (Division 2 in 2025, Falls Church) seeks an Assistant Coach for the 2026 summer swim season. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with assistant coaching experience, strong communication skills, the ability to work well with children of all ages and abilities, and a desire to instill a love for the sport in young swimmers.

 

The 2026 summer swim season will start the week before Memorial Day and run through Saturday, August 1, with practices on weekday afternoons until mid-June when practices switch to weekday mornings. The team participates in all A & B Meets, Divisional Relay Carnival, All-Star Relays, an IM carnival, Divisionals, and Individual All-Stars. In addition, the team holds Friday evening pep rallies and some additional social events.
