• Week One is (Finally) Here!

  After a busy offseason and preseason, we are so excited that our Week One Dual Meets are HERE! We can't wait to hear the team cheers, hear the quiet of the crowd as the competitors take their marks, and hear the splash of the water as the swimmers dive in. Saturday morning swim meets in the NVSL are a tradition that is more than 70 years strong. Thank you to all of the volunteers who make our meets possible, we literally cannot do it without you! Best of luck to the swimmers and coaches who have been working hard to be ready for competition -- swim fast, have fun!!

• Location Change to New Starter/New Referee Clinic 6/14

  Due to a mechanical issue at Rolling Valley, the NEW STARTER/NEW REFEREE clinics scheduled for Sunday June 14th will now be held at Old Keene Mill pool. The clinics will run from 8:30-10:30AM.
