The Lakeview Marlins are looking for a Head Swim Coach for the 2021 summer season. Currently in Division 6, we are a young team with a lot of history and competitiveness. We are hiring a Head Coach to lead our next generation of swimmers. Located near George Mason, we also feed many athletes into local year round clubs. The summer pool is where a love of swimming starts. 

Head Coach responsibilities include: 

• Developing and leading practices for all age groups 
• Managing and mentoring junior coaching staff 
• Seeding meets 
• Attending all team functions, including pre-season activities, after-school and daily summer practices, all competitive meets including All Stars and All Star Relays, pep rallies and end of season celebrations
